    Responsible for providing dedicated support for the loan origination system and manage related critical initiatives. Key team member in design, development and management of LendingQB Loan Origination System (LOS). Analyze system configuration. Perform complex business and product requirement analysis and then translate them into configuration specifications.  Drive project prioritization and manage the team’s queue while following best practices for security and system management. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.




    • Manage the implementation of the LOS enhancement project pipeline.
    • Manage the LOS vendor and ensure system performance metrics meet the service level agreements on a consistent and ongoing basis.
    • Perform complex business and product requirement analysis and then translate them into configuration specifications
    • Manage implementation, configure, and maintain LendingQB system; ensure system performance.
    • Verify, manage, administer, communicate, and resolve Tier-3 system issues.
    • Manage data templates, document sets, fee tables, user hierarchy/access rights, and software upgrades.
    • Leverage the LOS system for business needs.
    • Analyze software upgrades and what effects they have on the department prior to implementation.
    • Identify and communicate system changes and procedure changes in lending department meetings.
    • Build and maintain technical relationships with cross teams.
    • Effectively communicate technical proposals to team members and management.
    • Develop and maintain documentation for operating standards, processes and procedures.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.





    • Strong knowledge of LendingQB Loan Origination System
    • Understanding of the mortgage industry
    • Knowledge of LendingQB’s Web Services
    • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems; Salesforce preferred
    • Microsoft Office technical skills
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to perform complex business and product requirement analysis and then translate them into configuration specifications
    • Knowledge of business analysis process and definition of software requirements
    • Familiarity with relational database and client-server concepts
    • Ability to understand complex problems and to collaborate and explore alternative solutions
    • Ability to understand opposing points of view on highly complex issues and to negotiate and integrate different viewpoints
    • Ability to interact with Senior Management as an advisor on projects


    • High School diploma or its equivalent required.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science, information systems or analytical techniques preferred, or equivalent work experience.
    • Previous mortgage lending experience required.
    • 2+ years administration and configuration experience required; LendingQB experience strongly preferred.
    • Experience must include working independently on large and complex projects that built or enhanced production systems.
